The goal of this page is to help outline important rules for
using the Configure My Site web application. If you do not agree with
the guidelines outlined on this page, please do not use this website.

Authorized Users
The Configure My Site web application is available to InnoTech clients
to allow easy configuration of the content which appears on your InnoTech
hosted website. Use of the application will be prohibited if your
website is moved/transferred to another service provider.
Image Copyright Protection
The Configure My Site web application will allow you to update/change
the images which appear on your website. It is important to note that
you should only upload images for use on your website if you own the
images/photos, or if they are public domain images, or if you have
purchased the images from a stock photography service. You are
not permitted to upload images which you have acquired/downloaded through
an Internet search through Google or Bing for example. These images
may have copyrights which you may be violating by downloading and
reusing the image. Note that you are responsible for any fines which
you or InnoTech may incur as a result of using copyrighted images on
your website.
Text Guidelines
You are prohibited from using Configure My Site to post textual
content which falls into one of the following categories:
- Hate speech and bullying
- Extreme profanity
- Inappropriate sexual content or references
- Copyrighted text content
Embedding Prohibited
You are prohibited from using Configure My Site to embed
inappropriate content, IFRAMES, or SCRIPT tags
to potentially inflict harm/damage upon the web server hosting environment.
Account Termination
If you are found to be in violation of the Terms of Service outlined on this
page, InnoTech reserves the right to disable your account to prohibit
your access to the system.
Updates
We will update our Terms of Service as necessary to stay
compliant with relevant laws and to protect the user community
of Configure My Site.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated version will be indicated by an
"Updated" date and the updated version will be
effective as soon as it is accessible. If we
make material changes to our Terms of Service, we may
notify you either by prominently posting a
notice of such changes or by directly sending you a
notification. We encourage you to review our Terms of Service
frequently to be informed of how
we are protecting your use of this system.
